1.1. IDBI ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD(CIN U65100MH2010PLC199319) a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 having its Registered Office at IDBI Tower, WTC Complex, Cuffe Parade Mumbai 400 005 and having its Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Mafatlal Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021, hereinafter referred to as “The Company” invites applications in the prescribed format (Attached as per Annexure I) from the practicing Chartered Accountants Firms in India who are willing to take up following assignments:

1.2 Due Diligence
The Applicant is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms and specifications in this RFP. Application shall be deemed to have been done after careful study and examination of this RFP with full understanding of its implications. The Application should be precise, complete and in the prescribed format as per the requirement of this RFP. Failure to furnish all information required by this RFP or submission of a Application not responsive to this RFP in every respect will be at the applicant’s risk and may result in rejection of the Application.
