NOTICE FOR EMPANELMENT OF ADVOCATES AS PROSECUTION COUNSELS
1 . Applications are invited from advocates of substantial standing and repute and with good academic credentials for the empanelment of Addl. Public Prosecutor and Assistant Public Prosecutor for representing prosecution cases of the Income Tax Department in the Sessions Court and Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Courts or the appropriate court of Mumbai.
2. Such advocates who want to make a mark professionally and who have been in practice for not less than seven years are eligible. The payment of fees will be governed by the Instructions issued by Central Board of Direct Taxes, Government of India from time to time.
3. The advocates desirous and eligible may send the completed applications to the following address:

4. Canvassing in any form shall constitute a disqualification.
5. The last date for receipt of the applications is 15.01.2016 upto 5:00 p.m. The applications received earlier to this advertisement or received after the due date are liable to be rejected.
