Ltd.’ submitted that once a ‘Resolution Plan’ is approved then under Section 31 of the ‘I&B Code’, it is binding on the ‘Corporate Debtor’ and its employees, members, creditors, guarantors and other stakeholders involved in the ‘Resolution Plan’.
