Mehta Enterprise Vs State of Gujarat (Gujarat High Court)

As there has been an order of confiscation, learned advocate Mr. D.K.Puj, learned advocate requires this to be withdrawn. According to him, he will have an opportunity to then take a legal recourse which he wants to explore.

Matter is being disposed of without entering into the merits. The other side also does not have any objection so long it is a simple withdrawal.

Whatever are the recourse available to him, shall be available to him under the law. We have not entered into the merits of the matter.

It is expected that if any legal recourse is taken and as the goods and vehicle are still with the authorities, the request of expeditious hearing shall be redressed on urgent basis.
