    Please clarify is this bill has been charged according to the GST rule? suppose –
    taxable value cgst sgst total
    1381.36 9.00 -124.32 9.00- 124.32 1630.00
    The item is of 1381.36 and we paid 1630 as the shopkeeper charged 9% CGST &SGST in our bill.
    I am confused who has to pay CGST & SGST ,the consumer or the shopkeeper.
