Notification No. 16/2012-Customs (N.T.),  New Delhi, 29th February, 2012

S. O……. (E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 62/1994-Customs (N. T.) dated the 21st November, 1994, {S. O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994}, namely:-

In the said notification in the TABLE, against serial number 9 relating to the State of Orissa, in columns 3 and 4, for the existing entries, the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:-

(1) (2) (3) (4)
    “(4) Dhamra Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods, except containers, project imports, hazardous cargo and liquid cargo, but including carbon black feed stock and edible oil.”

Note: – The Principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide Notification No. 62/1994-Customs (N. T.), dated, the 21st November, 1994 (S. O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994) and it has been last amended vide Notification No. 45/2011-Customs (N.T.), dated, the 7th July, 2011 (S. O. 1545 (E), dated the 7th July, 2011).
