Some of the members have expressed the concern that their matters especially regulatory affairs like Form 2, Form 6, Form 18 etc., are not expeditiously disposed off thereby causing avoidable inconvenience/hardship.

While all efforts are made to dispose off the letters/forms, as early as possible, yet the possibility of delay in stray cases can not be ruled out. At times, the principal cause of delay is non-compliance or non-submission of required papers/documents.

At the current state of disposal in the Northern Regional Office, the delay in regard to Members and Students matters (except Registration to CPT/IPCC/Final Registration) is not more than 15 days.

Members/Students who have submitted any paper/form prior to 15 days and have not received any communication are requested to write by e-mail only at [email protected] to enable to look into the matter and respond within 3 working days positively.

Joint Secretary
Northern Regional Office 13th April, 2010
