Every importer shall submit the details and documents relating to the import, such as invoice, cargo manifests, customs, transport and shipping documents relating to the import of the controlled substance in Schedule-C which shall contain the details such as name of the controlled substance, quantity and the name and address of the consignee, exporter and the importer, to the Narcotics Commissioner within a period of seven days of import.
