This notification shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 16th August, 2016, unless revoked earlier, and the anti-dumping duty shall be paid in Indian currency.
In terms of Schedule 1 to the Notification ibid, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) up to 26 per cent is permitted under Government route in Defence industry subject to license under the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951.
