In exercise of the powers conferred under Para 4.11 of the Export & Import Policy, 1997-2002, (incorporating amendments made upto 31st March, 2001) the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the ITC(HS)Classification of Export and Import items (incorporating amendments made upto 31st August,1998) and as amended from time to time
Notification No. 2-Income Tax It is notified for general information that enterprise, listed at para. (3) below has been approved by the Central Government for the purpose of section 10(23G) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, read with rule 2E of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, for the assessment years 2002-2003, 2003-2004 and 2004-2005.
