Notification No. 50/2005, Dated 11-2-2005

S.O. 193(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clans,. (ii) of Sub-section (1) of Section 80L of the Income-tax Act. 1961 (43 or 1961), the Central Government hereby specifics the following debentures, in the nature of bonds.

(i) the Industrial Development Bank of India Floating Rate Bond (2003 A) bearing distinctive numbers from 100000001 to 100031124 under Option “A”, from 150000001. to 150000114 under Option “B”, of the face value of rupees 5,000 each;

(ii) the Industrial Development Bank of India Retirement Bond (2003 A) bearing distinctive numbers from 200000001 to 200000867 under Option “A”, from 250000001 to 250000436 under Option “B”, of the face value of rupees 5,000 each; and

(iii) the Industrial Development Bank of India Regular Income Bond (2003 A) bearing distinctive numbers from 300000001 to 300053854 under Option “A”, from 350000001 to 350000544 under Option “B”, from 400000001 to 400001147 under Option “C”, from 450000001 to 450046289 under Option “D”, from 500000001 to 500000733 under Option “E”, from 550000001 to 550001102 under Option “F” of the face value of rupees 5,000 each, issued by the Industrial Development Bank of India, Mumbai, a corporation established under Section 3 of the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (10 of 1964) in its public issue of bonds in Omnibond (2003A) Series, for the purposes of the said clause.
