what is implication of taxation on liquior ig dealer is holding stock as on20/04/2011,
Whether set off is available or not wchich is al;ready claimed up to 30/04/11
Whether he has to charge 5% tax on sales of stock +20% vat on stock ?
or dealer has to charge 25% vat on sales of liquior on stock
