Giving the powers of Chief Commissioner to Principal Commissioner who have been given the additional charge vide office orders No. 79/2016 dated 14.07.2016 and 86/2016

New Delhi, the 18th August, 2016

G.S.R. 801(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), read with rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby invests the officers specified in column (1) of the Table below, with the powers of the Central Excise Officer of the rank specified in column (2) of the said Table, in the jurisdiction specified in Notification No. 27/2014-Central Excise, dated the 16th September, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraodinary Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), vide G.S.R. 651 (E), dated the 16th September, 2014, namely:-
