All shops and commercial establishments in the state of Rajasthan are liable to register under the Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishments act. Also, one must complete it within 30 days of starting their work.

2: In the menu icon click on ‘Establishment Registration’ and then option of  ‘Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958.’

3: Then submit the required fields correctly with submitting the documents proof,

4: Upon uploading, this portal will generate an application number which you can further use late to check the status of your application.

5: The application after filling all the information correctly, the application transferred to verification process. After that, you will get an acknowledgement message in the registered number and email ID.

6: Then pay the requisite fees to download the Registration certificate.

6. List of Management employee,

7. Wage rate details,

 The shop registration certificate in Rajasthan is only valid for 5 years. After this period expires, every business needs to renew their license by logging into this same portal.

After getting the registration approval from the specified authority, the employer required to be complied with the rules and provisions for being avoid making mistakes and un-necessary penalties.

These are:

1. Daily and Weekly hours

2. Overtime payments

3. Opening and closing time

4. Annual leave with wages(for child 15 days and for adult 12 days worked in previous year)

5. Salary during the leave.
