Dear ICAI Members,

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) reminds its members to complete their annual membership fee payments and update their Know Your Member (KYM) form for the financial year 2024-25. To avoid late fees or penalties, members must ensure that their membership dues are paid by 30th September 2024. ICAI provides a detailed fee structure based on membership categories, including discounts for members opting for the e-journal under the “I Go Green with ICAI” initiative. Additionally, all members are required to submit or update their KYM forms through the Self-Service Portal (SSP) to maintain their membership status.

ICAI Membership Fee Payment & KYM Submission Reminder FY 2024-25

I would like to remind you of the following important updates regarding your ICAI membership for the financial year 2024-25:

1. Annual Membership Fee: If you have not yet paid the annual membership fee for FY 2024-25, kindly ensure that the payment is completed by 30th September 2024 to avoid late fees and other consequences.

Note: The Fees above are inclusive of GST @ 18%

ICAI is promoting “I GO GREEN with ICAI” scheme under which Member opting e-journal will be given a discount of Rs.590/- (including Rs. 90 GST) on total amount of Membership Fees.

Air Mail charges payable for CA Journal (in case of members abroad) Rs. 2478/- including GST (not applicable if member opts for e-journal).

2. Know Your Member (KYM) Form Submission:

  • KYM Submitted and Approved Last Year: If your KYM form was approved last year and there have been no changes in your details, you can simply select the “Yes” option in the KYM form. Your form will be auto-approved by the portal, and you can proceed with the membership/COP fee payment.
  • KYM Submitted but Not Approved Last Year / First-Time Submission: Members who need to submit or re-submit their KYM form can proceed with the payment of fees upon submission of the KYM form, without waiting for approval.

Login to SSP > Member Functions > KYM Form

If the KYM form is incomplete or requires corrections, you can access it through:

Login to SSP > Member Functions > Pending/Submitted/Ask for Correction > KYM Form
