Sub.: Late submission of documents
Dear Sir,
In accordance with the terms of the credit facility sanctioned by your bank to us, we are required to provide you with stock and debtors statements and some other documents by the 15th of the following month.
However, we would like to inform you in advance that there will be a delay in submission of the documents this time for the March month of the financial year.
We are currently verifying physical stock which takes time. Due to this reason, we have not been able to compile the above mentioned documents as required to be submitted to you.
Therefore, we would like to request your good self to allow us additional time of days for the submission of documents. We will try our best to submit the same before 25th April, 2022. We will be grateful to you for your understanding and cooperation in the matter.
