In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix-I of the Handbook of Procedures.
Last Date for filing application under Focus Market Scheme as per Para 3.20.1 and Focus Product Scheme as per Para 3.21.1 for exports done from 01.04.2006 till 31.03.2007 is extended to 31.03.2008.
Attention is invited to Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Ad-hoc Exemption Order No. 460/7/2006-CUS.V dated 26th February, 2007. As per the said Ad-hoc Exemption Order, import of wheat is allowed at Zero Duty as per all the conditions specified therein.

Software exporters shall register themselves with Electronic and Software Export Promotion Council. Exporters of 13 specific services as listed in Sl No. 34 of Appendix-2 of Handbook of Procedure (Volume -I) are required to register themselves with the Services Export Promotion Council. Other service exporters shall register themselves with Federation of Indian Exporters Organisation.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends the procedure to be followed for export of Dollar Gram(Chana) notified in the public notice 86(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27th February 2007 as under.
