Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No. 28/2002-Central Excise, dated the 13th May, 2002
In the Income-tax Rules, 1962, in Appendix II, in Form No. 3CD, for serial number 31 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely: 31. (a) Particulars of each loan or deposit in an amount exceeding the limit specified in section 269SS taken or accepted during the previous year :‑

GST-Reduction in rate of Fertilizer- Corrigendum and Amendment to Notification Rate Schedule-Goods CR-104 dated 29th June 2017- Mineral or chemical fertilisers containing two or three of the fertilising elements nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium; other fertilisers; goods of this Chapter in tablets or similar forms or in packages of a gross weight not exceeding 10 kg; other than those which are clearly not to be used as fertilizers
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 16/2010-Central Excise, dated the 27th February, 2010 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 118 (E), dated the 27th February, 2010
Seeks to provide exemption to all goods mentioned in the seventh schedule to the finance act, 2005 from whole of the additional duties of excise leviable thereon.
Inspection, search and seizure.- (1) Where the proper officer not below the rank of a Joint Commissioner has reasons to believe that a place of business or any other place is to be visited for the purposes of inspection or search or, as the case may be, seizure in accordance with the provisions of section 67
