A Startup which is recognised by DIPP under para 2(iii) (a) shall be eligible to apply for approval for the purposes of clause (viib) of sub-section (2) to section 56 of the Act for the shares already issued or proposed to be issued if the following conditions are fulfilled‑

For import of Nicotinic Acid & Nicotinamide (Niacinamide/ niacin, this Policy Condition is being removed with immediate effect.
Central Government, hereby incorporates a list of 207 items as Technical Textiles vide Appendix – V of ITC (HS) 2017,Schedule-I (Import Policy).
Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the National Company Law Tribunal (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

This Act may be called the Constitution (One Hundred and Third Amendment) Act, 2019. It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.

This Ordinance may be called the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019. The provisions of this Ordinance shall, except sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of section 2, be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of September, 2018; and
Talaq to be vold and illegal- Any pronouncement of talaq by a Muslim husband upon his wife, by words, either spoken or written or in electronic form or in any other manner whatsoever, shall be void and illegal.
