(1) These regulations shall be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Fund Management) Regulations, 2022. (2) These regulations shall come into force on the thirtieth day from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

(1) This Act may be called the Chartered Accountants, the Cost and Works Accountants and the Company Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 2022. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act and any reference in any provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision.
88. Meetings of the Council. – The Council shall hold at least four Meetings in each Calendar Year with a maximum interval of one hundred and twenty days between any two consecutive Meetings at such time and place (including electronic mode) as the Council may determine.
