Re-Revised Clause 49 of Listing Agreement

SEBI had come up with Revised Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement vide its Circular dated 17th April, 2014 and again amended it vide its Circular dated 15th September, 2014. Stock Exchanges had not yet incorporated these changes in the Listing Agreements on their portals containing Revised Clause 49.

Hence, here is an attempt to present the Re-Revised Clause 49 – in order to avoid reading and referring from both the aforementioned circulars and to negate any chance of skipping any of the compliance.

The enclosed Re-Revised Clause 49 contains the changes made by the laterdated circular in track mode to easily assess the changed compliance requirement. The Annexures to Clause 49 as enumerated in earlier circular have not been amended and hence are not incorporated in the enclosed document and are required to be read from Circular dated 17th April, 2014.
