Sir,
I want to know that as per income tax rule Annual TDS certificate can be issued within 2 month and 7 days in other than salary case. we can issue the same upto 30 april at request of recipient. can i know that if any deductor have not deposited the tds actually can he issue the tds certificate befre the payment of tds.
it is urgent, pls reply
