Goods & Services Tax (GST) has been implemented w.e.f 1st July 2017. In order to keep the members and other stakeholders abreast Indirect Taxes Committee of ICAI has already released publications namely BGM on GST Acts & Rules, 2017, FAQs & MCQs on GST, Bare Law on GST Acts & Rules etc. To contribute further, the committee has now launched Updated Standardized PPT on GST for the benefit of members and other stakeholders.
In this standardized PPT attempts have been made to explain the fine nuances of the CGST Act, 2017, IGST Act, 2017 & Compensation to States Act, 2017 in an exhaustive manner including relevant forms like registration, return , Trans-1 inserted as object for better presentation. We are glad to inform you that this PPT is being used for conducting Programmes on GST across all branches of ICAI to develop a common knowledge platform.
