NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002.
No VAT-1510 /CR- 63 /Taxation-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 1st June 2010 amends SCHEDULES A and C appended to the said Act, as follows, namely :—
In the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002—
(I) In SCHEDULE A, after entry 58, the following entry shall be added, namely:—
| “59 | Rasins and Currants sold during the period starting on the 1st June 2010 and ending on the 31st May 2012 | Nil %”. |
(II) In SCHEDULE C, in entry 108, in sub-entry (1), clause (a) shall be deleted.
