What will happen if anyone is moving goods under works contract SAC 9954. How he will generate e-way bill as in case of Works contract only SAC 9954 to be used even if goods are supplied
we are also facing same problem. while generating e-way bill by giving SAC code 9973 it is not working. we tried another way by giving another code 8425 . finally it is done. so any problem our problem is there in future.

1. You will have to create delivery challan or return the same on party job work challan (duly seal and sign) after completion of work.
2. You will have to mention actual HSN code of material instead of SAC code.
But in that case the HSN code or E-way bill & Invoice will be mismatch.

on 20th Mar,2021, when E-waybill is generating against HSN/SAC-9988 on Printing on tin sheet (Job works on tin sheet). But Waybill portal giving message that 99 is service sac code. One HSN code is required. But few days ago we have generate waybill against this HSN/SAC -9988. I want to know what is the problem? kindly give government circular.
