When I see FORM 26AS I notice Status ‘O’ as below 3 entries.
4 194I 01-Sep-2012 F 15-Oct-2012 – 25000.00 2500.00 2500.00
5 194I 01-Sep-2012 O 15-Mar-2013 – 25000.00 2500.00 2500.00
HOW TO GET THE ABOVE STATUS ‘O’ CORRECTED AS DEDUCTOR DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CORRECT .
