DOCUMENTATION:
- Registration form should be duly signed.
- A copy of IEC (Import- Export Code) which is issued by DGFT (Directorate general of foreign trade).
- Current bank account statement of the firm.
- Bank account details & certification which is signed by the relevant authority.
- Copy of cancelled cheque.
- In case ,if there is a company
- Copy of MOA
- In case ,if there is a partnership firm
- Required a partnership deed
PROCESS
STEP 1: Firstly, you have to go to the APEDA website & register as a member on home page.
STEP 2: Now you have to enter the basic details
- E-MAIL ID
- MOBILE NUMBER
- IEC (Import – Export)CODE
STEP 3: After filling all details you have to submit your application.
STEP 4: Now, you will receive an OTP on your mobile as well as on email which you have given in your application form
STEP 5: After entering otp you have to verify and submit
STEP 6: As per the application now, you have to upload the document which can be submit in JPEG OR PDF only.
STEP 7: At last you have to pay the fees and your registration will be done.
STEP 8: Now, APEDA will send you login credentials on your registered mobile no. or email.
STEP 9: As now, you can check status by clicking the track application by submitting the IEC along with the application number.
STEP 10: Once the application is approved by the APEDA officials then you can view the “RCMC CERTIFICATE”.

RENEWAL & TIME
IT is valid for 5 YEARS and it will be auto – renewed after every 5 years.

- If you have filled wrong information in the certificate then by the authority your registration will be cancel.
- Under the act, if there is any clash then as per the guidelines your registration will be cancelled.
- In case of business exporter who fails to carry business for 12 continuous months shall quash under section 11 of the rules of “APEDA ACT”.
