Instances have come to the notice of CBDT where despite detection of considerable unaccounted cash and other valuables during the course of survey under section 133A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, Investigation Directorate concerned was not informed to consider appropriate action as per the provisions of section 132 of the Act.
State/ UT Governments may take a decision in respect of re-opening of schools and coaching institutions, after 15th October 2020, in a graded manner. Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations seek to bring about transparency, predictability of movement, advance collection of information for expeditious clearance and supersedes the earlier regulations viz.
