I have over 12 years of experience in Corporate Law. I have worked in every facet of secretarial function of big listed companies. I have been instrumental in structuring best corporate governance practices and is proficient in matters involving due diligence, M&A, preferential allotment, buy-back and Stock Exchange and SEBI. I was also in the advisory role to the group companies of Tata Steel Limited. I am also closely associated with ICSI in conducting training programs.
