With a view to facilitate accounting of all the Government transactions for the current financial year (2016-17) by March 31, 2017, it has been decided to conduct special clearing at all clearing houses across the country on March 30 and 31, 2017 as detailed below:
G.S.R. 278(E).—Whereas, the use of Aadhaar as identity document for delivery of services or benefits or subsidies simplifies the Government delivery processes, brings in transparency and efficiency, and enables beneficiaries to get their entitlements directly in a convenient and seamless manner and Aadhaar obviates the need for producing multiple documents to prove one’s identity
Para 8 of the aforesaid circular provides that the pricing provisions of Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 shall be followed in case of issuance of shares to a select group of shareholders or shareholders of unlisted companies pursuant to such schemes. It is now clarified that the ‘relevant date’ for the purpose of computing pricing shall be the date of Board meeting in which the scheme is approved.
