    Hello, one of my client registered in Regular GST on 18/10/2017 further he choose to composition levy from 01/04/2019 but does not filed ITC-03. Now wants to file ITC-03, but confused where to reflect stock before GST scenario as the client had not registered in VAT. Please Suggest. Thanking You
