    dear sir
    very nice judgement .
    We further request you to email us some recent unreported judgements of Section 40 A(3) of Delhi , Bombay or other High Courts or Tribunals wherein the income has been assessed on estimate basis and therefore section 40 A (3) is not applicable . we would be grateful for the same .
