With the GST annual compliance deadline approaching, a specialized tool has been developed to streamline and automate the reporting of output tax liability at both the entity and GSTIN levels. Designed to handle large datasets, the tool supports data entry of up to 1,00,000 rows and covers key tables of GSTR 9, including Tables 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, and 14. It automatically identifies the relevant tables based on user inputs, eliminating manual intervention. The standard 28-column format simplifies data entry, often leveraging ERP-generated fields. A built-in auto-reconciliation feature matches taxes paid with the computed liability, highlighting variances with clear explanations. Users can upload the full output tax register, allowing automatic generation of GSTIN-wise output for efficient entity-level record management. The tool’s workflow involves compiling GSTINs, entering data in the prescribed format, providing Yes/No inputs where required, and inputting taxes paid. Selection of a GSTIN from the dropdown instantly generates the output along with tax reconciliation, enabling quick, accurate, and hassle-free GST compliance.

Hi, ensure that you have entered the GSTR 1 filing period in the prescribed format ie MMYYYY only. Table 4B considers invoice dates pertaining to FY 2024-25 reported during FY 2024-25 only, so check the tax paid and payable sheet for recon items in case there is a difference.

Also do make sure that the values of credit notes if any are entered as negative.
