Due to the covid pandemic, Government suggest lockdowns;
Senior tax professionals try to work from home.
Lots of problems like internet connectivities; temporary shut down of bank branch due to covid infected staff; Offices and public places are not in full-fledged working condition; Lots of representations about due date extension sent by various tax professional organizations. Many businesses not having a sufficient amount to pay salary to their employees as well as to pay tax or repay loans. Tax professional facing issues related to GST implementation. Many electronic forms/utilities were not available in time. Still, government officials not extend due dates. It may be a lousy image building. Why the government not understand? the public who voted for the ruling party may be frustrated now.
Many tax practisner are suffering from covid. Date will extended up-to 31\03 its helpful.
DATE EXTENSION BE HELPFUL TO ALL PROFESSIONALS
GST, 9 & 9C, TAR AND INCOME TAX RETURN DAT SHOULD BE EXTEND TILL FEB,2021
As a tax practitioner, we request to extend the due dates for filing returns and save us

IN spite of representations , CBDT , CBIC , has turned a deaf ear to tax payer representations , which includes various stake holders . Tomorrow , there is legation for hearing for postponement should be a boon to CA, Tax advocates , Tax Consultants and CFOS , tax heads .IN spite of pandemic and representation , it is deaf ear .

At least they are not prepared to accept their inability to run the servers properly. Various kinds of server problems like appearing suddenly website not found, sending otps at their own time , no access to download 26 AS, login problems and so many. Every year our life becoming miserable because of these conditions. Inspite of facing all these problems i pray God to give them some soft corner about the public because of whose mercy they are sitting in the positions and ruling the country.
