ORDER
New Delhi, the 31st March, 2022
S.O. 1515(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Second Amendment Order, 2022.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), in clause 20 C,-
(a) in sub-clause (4),-
(i) after the word “manufacturing”, the words “ or importing” shall be inserted;
(ii) for the words “continue to manufacture”, the words “continue to manufacture or import” shall be substituted;
(b) in sub- clause (5),-
(i) after the word “manufacturer” the word “or importer” shall be inserted;
(ii) for the figures, letters and words “31st March, 2022”, the figure, letters and words “30th September, 2022” shall be substituted.
3. In form G-1of the said order, after the word “manufacturer”, the words “or importer” shall be inserted.
4. in Form G-3 of the said Order,-
(a) after the word “manufacture”, the words “ or import” shall be inserted;
(b) in terms and condition, in serial number 1, after the word “manufacture”, the words “or import” shall be inserted.
