Modification in the notification No. S.O 1270(E) dated 30th May 2008 relating to constitution of NACAS.

S.O. 144 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 30th May, 2008, vide number S.O. 1270(E), dated the 30th May, 20 08, namely:-
In the said notification,
(i) for serial number (4) and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“(4) Shri Kunal Banerjee, President of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India” ;
(ii) for serial number (6) and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“(6) Shri K. P. Sasidharan, Principal Director (Commercial)-I, nominee of the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India”.
