No. 1-CA (7)/218/2024.—Whereas the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India vide notification No. 1-CA (7)/78/2004 dated 01st October 2004 w.e.f 23rd July 2004 had set up a Branch of Central India Regional Council at Ujjain under Regulation 159(1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.
Now in partial modification of the aforesaid notification, the Council of the Institute hereby notify to include Barnagar in the Jurisdiction of Ujjain Branch of CIRC of ICAI under Regulation 159(1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulation, 1988.
The effective date to include Barnagar (Madhya Pradesh) in the Jurisdiction of Ujjain Branch of CIRC of ICAI shall be February 7th, 2024.
