How could this happen in the middle of the year? How our digital signatures were accepted in earlier years? While getting DSC we have submitted all the required documents and those were accepted and DSC was issued. At that time this new concept of “VALIDATION OF PAN BY ICAI” was not there. Whether is it an after thought by the Income Tax Department or ICAI? The result is that we are put to unnecessary trouble while we are busy in filing tax audit cases.
