ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL
Madam/Dear Sir,
The Council, at its 357th (Adjourned) meeting held on 24th August, 2016 at Mumbai, while considering the letter No.12/16/2016-PI dated 9th August, 2016 of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has decided that a group be formed for formulation of ICAI’s response to Ministry of Corporate Affairs on regulation of foreign firms, joint auditorship and other related matters. Accordingly, the President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 351st meeting held on 12th February, 2016, has constituted the said Group comprising the following members:-

- CA. Dhinal Ashvinbhai Shah
- CA. G. Sekar
- CA. M.P. Vijay Kumar
- CA. (Dr.) Debashis Mitra
- CA. Shyam Lal Agarwal
- CA. Sanjiv Kumar Chaudhary
- CA. Atul Kumar Gupta
Shri G. Ranganathan, Deputy Secretary will act as Secretary to the said group. With reference to the issue relating to joint auditorship, CA. Sarika Singhal, Assistant Secretary will assist the Group.
