MCA amends Section 135 (CSR) of Companies Act, 2013 wef 19.09.2018

MCA notifies Commencement of  section 37 of  Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017- Corresponding section of the Companies Act, 2013 for which is section 135 related to Corporate Social Responsibility.

S.O. ____ (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th September 2018, as the date on which the provisions of section 37 of the said Act shall come into force.
