S.O. ____ (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th September 2018, as the date on which the provisions of section 37 of the said Act shall come into force.
