    Sir,
    I have few queries.
About using of words ‘I hereby irrevocably authorize …. .
As per my view, Client should have power to take back DSC and revoke the authority from the date of collection of DSC from Consultant.
Whether it has to be prepared on Stamp Paper / Franking ? In such a way that Client provides ‘Power of Attorney’ to Advocate or CA to represent before Income Tax / GST / Court?
Is such type of authority letter to use DSC of Client, valid under InformationTechnology Act? (Just a query).
    Thanking you.

      Hello Amogh Gokhle Ji,
      Thanks for reading this,
This is a declaration from the client to safeguard the interest of the professional as issued by the guidance note by ICAI. If the client is taken back the DSC then you should specifically mention the Period in the declaration.
In my opinion, no requirement for stamp paper/Notary as this a declaration from the client.
