3. Accordingly, Export Promotion Council for Medical Devices has been included in the Appendix 2T for issuing Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) for the items listed in the table above. The RCMC issued by EEPC INDIA till the date of issue of this Public Notice shall remain valid till their expiry.
Effect of this Public Notice:
Export Promotion Council for Medical Devices has been included in the Appendix 2T of FTP 2023 for issuing RCMC for specific items, with immediate effect.
