Please refer to para 7 of the circular DOR.CAP.REC.No.86/09.18.201/2022-23 dated December 01, 2022 on ‘Revised Regulatory Framework for Urban Co-operative Banks (UCBs) – Net Worth and Capital Adequacy.

2. It has been decided that the instructions shall come into effect from March 31, 2023.

3. All other instructions of the circular ibid remain unchanged.
