Issue notice to respondents.
Mr. Kinshuk Jain, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to Mr. Kinshuk Jain, learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and his name be also shown in the cause list.
Learned counsel for the petitioner may also supply copy of the petition for service of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the office of Mr. R.D. Rastogi, learned Additional Solicitor General and for service of Respondent No. 3 to Mr. R.B. Mathur, learned counsel and file receipts thereof in the Registry. Upon his doing so service of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 be taken as complete and names of Mr. C.S. Sinha and Mr. R.B. Mathur, learned counsel be shown in the cause list.
In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to provisionally entertain the GST TRAN-1 and other returns of the petitioner either by way of opening the portal or manually.
List this matter on 05.12.2018, along with D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 15274/2018.
