The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) announced a revised schedule for the Chartered Accountants Final, Intermediate (Group II), and INTT-AT (PQC) examinations originally planned from May 9 to May 14, 2025. Citing favourable developments in the security situation, the Institute has rescheduled these exams to be held from May 16 to May 24, 2025. Specifically, Final Group II papers are now on May 16 and May 18, Intermediate Group II papers are on May 20, May 22, and May 24, and INTT-AT papers are on May 16 and May 18. Examination centres and timings remain unchanged. Admit cards already issued will be valid for the revised dates. The Chartered Accountants Foundation May 2025 examination schedule remains unaffected and will proceed as previously announced from May 15 to May 21, 2025. The announcement also noted that the examination schedule will not change in the event of any public holiday. Candidates are advised to check the Institute’s website for updates.

REVISED SCHEDULE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS FINAL, INTERMEDIATE & INTT-AT (PQC) EXAMINATIONS, MAY 2025
No. 13-CA (EXAM)/MAY/2025/ III: In continuation to the Institute’s Important Announcement No. 13-CA (EXAM)/2025 dated 13th January 2025 read with Important Announcement No. 13-CA (EXAM)/2025/II dated 8th May 2025 it is hereby announced for general information that in view of the favourable developments in the security situations in the country; it has now been decided that the Chartered Accountants Final, Intermediate and INTT-AT (PQC) examinations earlier scheduled from 9th May 2025 to 14th May 2025 will now be held from 16th May 2025 to 24th May 2025 as per details given below:

The rescheduled Examinations, as aforementioned shall be held at the same examination centres and at the same timings i.e., 2 PM to 5 PM (IST) / *2 PM to 6 PM (IST).
Admit Cards already issued would remain valid for the rescheduled dates.
Chartered Accountants Foundation May-2025 examination will be held as per the schedule i.e, 15th, 17th, 19th & 21st May 2025 .
It may be emphasized that there would be no change in the examination schedule in the event of any day of the examination scheduled being declared a Public Holiday by the Central Government or any State Government / Local Holiday.
