Notification No. 01/2003-Central Excise (N.T.)

G.S.R.27(E). -In exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 and rule 33 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Notification No.38/2001-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the 26th June, 2001, namely: –

In the said notification, in the TABLE, for S.No.7 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Note: The principal notification No.38/2001 – Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 26th June, 2001 published in the Gazette of India vide GSR 467(E) dated 26th June, 2001 and was last amended vide Notification No.32/2002-Central Excise (N.T.) dated 17th September, 2002 published in the Gazette of India vide G.S.R. 655 (E) dated the 17th September, 2002.
