‘We are responsible for our thoughts, actions, behavior and destiny’.

We usually come across such lines in this informative world.

But how can mere thoughts control so many aspects of our life?

The above statement is based on Law of attraction which proves  that our thoughts are made up of energy, they can impact our physical world. Whatever thoughts (random  or deliberate ) are created in our subconscious mind results in the outcome we face.

“All that we are is a result of what we have thought.” – Buddha

Law of attraction explains that every day we are sending requests to the universe—as well as to our subconscious mind—in the form of thoughts that are created by what we read, listen, talk, and give attention to. They are created by the books and magazines, websites, blogs we read, television shows and movies we watch and the music we listen to.

Unfortunately, much of the human thoughts are random and not deliberate since we are not consciously aware .

Ultimately we send negative requests to the universe by criticizing ourselves, people around us, situations we face, complain about things, and focus just on the lack of abundance in our lives and say that we have been ‘stuck’. We get stuck in a cycle of re-creating the same reality over and over by the similar thought patterns because the universe is just responding to the negative vibration we are sending to it.

“We must become more deliberate about what we think and feel. Our mind is just like  the GPS system which we have in our smart phones. The destination we gave to it, it moves there only.”

“Focus should be on our thoughts. They will attract to us to the people, things, and experiences that match the content and vibration of our thoughts.”

Just look back at the time when we offered positive thoughts and feelings such as enthusiastic, excitement, passionate, happy,  loving, appreciative, relaxed, and peaceful. They gave off the positive vibrations. By contrast to it, feeling bored, anxious, worried, confused, sad, lonely, hurt, angry, guilty, disappointed, frustrated, overwhelmed, stressed out, or depressed gave off the negative vibrations.
