Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Release of New Digital Portal for filing of Information with the Exchange – for Equity Announcements & Disclosures under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011
This is in continuation to Exchange Circular no NSE/CML/2022/03 dated January 06, 2022 informing about the launch of Digital Portal for filings done with the Exchange. All our listed entities are requested to note that this portal shall go live with effect from February 19, 2022 onwards.
Please note that in Phase 1 only the following filings have to be made in this portal
- Equity Announcements and
- Disclosures under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
Please note that
- all the remaining filing shall continue in the existing NEAPS portal.
- all listed entities are requested to login in the New Digital Portal by February 18,2022 to avoid any delays in filing the disclosures from February 19,2022 onwards
- to login into the new portal the link, username and password are as follows

- a demo has been organized tomorrow i.e. on Friday February 18, 2022 at 11 am (link of which has been emailed to all our listed entities) to demonstrate the method of accessing the Digital Portal.
