Manual/physical filing of EODC/closure applications under AA scheme is allowed for AAs issued before 1.12.2020. Exporters are also requested to update EODC/Closure status of earlier issued AAs in the online system by 31.3.2022.
A new online common digital platform for issuance of Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC)/ Registration Certificate (RC) has been developed which would be single point of access for all exporters/importers and Issuing agencies. Government has constituted a Committee for a) determination of RODTEP rates for AA/EoU/SEZ exports and b) to give supplementary report/ recommendations on issues relating to errors or anomalies, with respect to the RODTEP Schedule of rates notified in the Appendix 4R.
MEIS/SEIS/ ROSL/ROSCTL Claim- Exporters may kindly note that after 31.12.2021, the Online IT system will not be operational and no applications/claims under the mentioned schemes can thereafter be submitted. It has also been notified that the facility for filing applications, with a late cut provision, would also not be available and all applications will get time barred after 31st December 2021.
On the request of certain Chambers/Associations notified under Appendix-2E, the existing system of manual/paper-based submission and processing of non-preferential CoO applications is being extended further upto 31st October 2021 only and the online system is not being made mandatory.
