An Unit, where, its employees are working from home or from any place outside the Special Economic Zone on the date of commencement of the Special Economic Zones (Third Amendment) Rules, 2022 shall submit its proposal for permission to the Development Commissioner within ninety days from the date of such commencement (i.e. 14 July, 2022).
43A. Work from Home. – (1) An Unit may permit its employees, including contractual employees, specified in sub-rule (2), to work from home or from any place outside the Special Economic Zone in accordance with this rule.
LoA of the Plastic Recycling units in SEZs and EOUs may be extended for 5 years by the Board of Approval subject to fulfillment of other conditions/norms. Other conditions of the Policy Guidelines dated 27.05.2021 in respect of Plastic recycling units will remain unchanged.
